Industrial:

With modern manufacturing and distillation equipment of essential oils and derivatives, Riken has been working in this area since 1997, always improving the productive process and developing new products. During this time, has consolidated in the market, registering growth over the years.

Manufacture:

With 15 tons of capacity, composed by three stainless steel reactors, with recovery phase column, warming, cooling, etc. Performs several organic syntheses, attending the customer’s needs.

Destillation:

With 4,5 tons of capacity, fractionate and concentrate with high efficient, several essential oils and derivatives, with chromatographic follow up of fractions and final product.

Laboratory:

For quality assurance of raw material to perfumery, a number of equipment are required, such as:

		Chromatograph: It´s a capillary gas chromatograph fitted with a flame ionization detector. Its analyzes the quantity of each component in a liquid mixture, validating its purity. This equipment is managed by software.

		Polarimeter: It´s an important analytical equipment to detect possible optical changes, specifically in citrus oils.

		Refractometer: Connected with the other equipment above mentioned, its complete the analytical sequence charting the profile of each product.

Also, Riken outsources analyses to the customers that didn’t have this equipment, and it emits reports and evaluations, face with the international specifications.
